Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 September 2026
The Physics Team is a small tutoring business run by one teacher. These terms are short because the arrangement is simple: you get an account to study with us, you keep it to yourself, and you don't redistribute the lessons.
Who can use the platform
Accounts are for students enrolled with The Physics Team, and for their parents or guardians. A parent account can only see a student after the teacher has approved the connection between them.
If you are under 18, please register with a parent or guardian's knowledge.
Your account
Your account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself and don't let anyone else sign in as you — sharing a login is the one thing most likely to get an account closed, because it is how paid course content ends up somewhere it should not be.
Signing in on a new device signs you out elsewhere. That is deliberate, not a fault. If you think somebody else has your password, change it and tell us.
Please give accurate details when you register. We need a working email address to verify the account and to reset a password.
Course content
The lesson videos, notes and problem sets on this platform belong to The Physics Team. You may use them for your own study for as long as you have access.
Please do not record, download, re-upload, republish or pass on the course material — to classmates, to group chats, or to anyone else. Producing it takes real work, and it is the thing being paid for.
What we ask of you
- Use the platform for your own learning, lawfully.
- Don't try to break, probe or get around the security of the site or other people's accounts.
- Don't use automated tools to bulk-download content or hammer the site.
- Be civil in anything you send us.
Payment and access
Course fees, what they cover and how long access lasts are agreed directly with the teacher rather than set out here, because arrangements differ between students and groups. If you are unsure what you have paid for or how long it runs, ask — we would much rather answer than have you guess.
Progress reports for parents
An approved parent can see their own child's assignment status and exam results. This comes from the teacher's Google Classroom and from lesson progress on this site, and it reflects what is recorded there at the moment the page is opened. Marks the teacher has not yet released are shown as pending rather than as a score. The teacher can withdraw a parent's access at any time, and it takes effect immediately.
Availability
This is a small operation. We keep the platform running as reliably as we reasonably can, but we can't promise it will never be down for maintenance, or that a service we depend on — Google, our hosting, our email provider — will never have an outage. If something is broken, tell us and we will fix it.
Closing an account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing abdallah.amr202236@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that shares logins, redistributes course content, or is used to interfere with the platform or other students. Where it is a misunderstanding we will talk to you first.
Your data
What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: only what is needed to run the courses and the parent reports, never sold, never used for advertising.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will update the date at the top, and tell you by email if the change is significant. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.
